MultiCare Therapy Center operates based on the belief that service at the facility is best given when we provide
individualized care with other medical care simultaneously provided elsewhere. We promote having our patients make
choices based upon their individual beliefs, with support from their family and caregivers, and believe that patients
responds best to their therapy when they are encouraged to exert control over their own lives and health.
MultiCare Therapy Center is committed to providing our patients with the highest quality care in a comfortable, clean, safe
and smoke-free facility. We are further committed to helping our patients achieve their maximum level of physical
independence and encouraging them to improve their self-esteem and healthy life habits.
MultiCare Therapy Center provides comprehensive rehabilitation services to outpatients who have experienced a recent
injury, illness or exacerbation of a condition, resulting in a decrease in functional ability. We are focused on meeting our
patients' physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs, while providing them with an environment where they feel

Rehabilitation Facility (CORF) that specializes in Physical
Therapy Services and other outpatient rehabilitation services.
Authorized by Congress in 1998, a CORF is a medical facility
that provides "diagnostic, therapeutic and restorative services"
in an outpatient setting. Each CORF must meet stringent
requirements for Medicare certification and state licensing.

Our facility is a friendly environment where patients feel welcome and relaxed. Our therapy equipment is modern and
clean, and maintained according to strict standards. All staff members are required to maintain their licensures and
encouraged to attend regular seminars to remain current in their respective fields. All patient care activities are overseen
by our Medical Director.
Our facility is warm and inviting. We believe that a patient will be more committed to fulfilling his treatment objectives in an
environment where he feels welcome and relaxed. Additionally, our facility is easily accessible, and fully compliant with
all ADA standards.
